All orders will ship within 2-3 business days, unless noted on product page as backordered. Please note delays for Holidays. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages from USPS/UPS/FEDEX/ECT.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return your eligible items for refund.
$10 and $15 Sale Items are FINAL SALE and non-refundable.
Refunds within 14 days of your receiving incur a return fee of $2.00.
Refunds after 14 days will be charged a return shipping fee of $8.00. All refunds must be returned within 30 days from the date you received it. Shipping charges are not eligible for returns.
International Returns must be send back by customer after receiving approval from email@example.com. International Returns must be send back at the customer's expense. We are not currently equipped to handle processing the shipping labels for international returns.
Items must be unworn and in resalable condition, with the original tags still in place. Any items returned that do not fit these requirements are subject to a cleaning or replacement fee at the discretion of Tristin.
At this time we cannot offer exchanges due to the fast nature of our business, however, we would recommend that you return your merchandise and purchase the item you would like to exchange it for to ensure it does not sell out.
